The 3CE Single Family Heat Pump Water Heater Rebate makes it easier and more affordable to go green. Your new heat pump water heater must be on the TECH Qualified Product List, and you'll need to agree to be on a Time-of-Use (TOU) rate and demand response program. Plus, your water heater will need to be programmed to follow your TOU rate.
