• The heat pump water heater must be listed on the TECH Qualified Product List.
• You'll need to agree to be on a time-of-use rate and demand response program.
• The heat pump water heater must be programmed to follow your time-of-use rate.
• Income qualified at under 80% of your area's median income or 250% of the federal poverty level.
