The City of Roseville Electric Utility is offering a $1,000 rebate to help homeowners upgrade their electrical panels. This rebate covers the cost of installing a new electrical panel with the necessary circuits for clean energy home upgrades.
- The new panel must include dedicated circuits for a level 2 EV charger, heat pump water heater, heat pump HVAC, induction cooktop, and heat pump clothes dryer.
- If your home doesn't already have a 240-volt plug in or near the garage, one must be installed.
