The City of Roseville Electric Utility is offering a rebate on heat pump upgrades. To qualify, your new heat pump must have a SEER rating of 16+ and HSPF of 8.2+ for split systems, or a SEER rating of 15+ and HSPF of 8.0+ for package units.
