The City of Roseville Electric Utility is offering a $1,000 rebate for homeowners who replace their old fossil fuel appliance with a new mini-split heat pump. This upgrade will improve your home's energy efficiency and safety.
- The mini-split heat pump must have a SEER rating of 16 or higher and an HSPF rating of 8.2 or higher.
