Plumas-Sierra Rural Electric Cooperative is offering a rebate to help homeowners upgrade to a high-efficiency mini-split heat pump. The rebate applies to mini-split heat pumps with a Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio (SEER2) of 15.3 or higher and a Heating Seasonal Performance Factor (HSPF2) of 7.7 or higher.
