Upgrade to an energy-efficient heat pump and save $2,000 with the Healdsburg Electric, Water & Wastewater Department rebate.
Healdsburg Electric, Water & Wastewater Department is offering a $2,000 rebate on the installation of a new heat pump system. If your existing system is gas-powered, you'll need to remove it to qualify for the full rebate amount.
- The new heat pump must be Air Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI) certified with an efficiency rating of at least 17 SEER (16.2 SEER2) and 10 HSPF (8.5 HSPF2).
- If you don't remove your existing gas heater, you'll receive a $1,500 rebate instead.
