Healdsburg Electric, Water & Wastewater Department is offering a rebate of up to $1,500 for the installation of a new mini-split heat pump system. To qualify, you must remove your existing gas heater. If you keep your gas heater, the rebate amount is reduced to $1,500.
- The mini-split heat pump must be AHRI certified with an efficiency rating of at least 17 SEER (16.2 SEER2) and 10 HSPF (8.5 HSPF2).
