Rebate Terms
To qualify for the rebate, you must:
- Create a QuitCarbon Home Profile
- Complete your QuitCarbon Home Profile by adding information about your home and appliances
- Link your gas and electric utility accounts (or provide your energy usage history if linking is not possible)
- Review your QuitCarbon Insights
- Request and receive a referral to a QuitCarbon-vetted contractor
- Complete a clean energy upgrade (see qualifying projects above) with a contractor referred by QuitCarbon
- Add the "paid" invoice or receipt to your QuitCarbon Home Profile
- Enroll in OhmConnect
- Submit a QuitCarbon Rebate Request
Rebate is $100 for the first clean energy upgrade (heat pump, heat pump water heater, electrical upgrades to support conversion of gas appliances to electric, solar / batteries, or insulation) and $200 for the second, limited to two upgrades and $300 per customer.
This rebate is not applicable for participants of city-sponsored programs, such as (but not limited to):
